Call for abstracts
Before you begin
- All abstracts must be submitted through the online form below. Logging within the electronic platform is required prior to abstract submission.
- English is the default language for the conference. Written content (abstracts, slides, and posters) needs to be in English, and presenters should be able to participate in an English-based live discussion.
- All presenters will be required to register for the conference by the early registration deadline. Presenters who do not register by this date will not be included in the conference program.
- Each person is allowed to submit only one abstract as first/presenting author. All kind of presentations are included in this rule. A person may serve as a non-presenting co-author on several abstracts.
- The Scientific Committee reserves the right to ask authors of oral abstracts to change their presentation format. Specifically, authors submitting abstracts for oral presentation may, in some cases, be invited to present a poster instead. We will notify you well in advance of any such change.
Presentation Formats
We are inviting abstracts for two different types of presentations:
- Oral presentations
- Invited talks will be 25 minutes long (+5 minutes for discussion).
- Contributed oral presentations will be 15 minutes long (+5 minutes for discussion) upon acceptance by the committee.Please prepare your presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF file formats.
- Posters
- Posters will be displayed during the Conference, and authors are expected to be present at their posters during the 2-hour dedicated session. The size of posters should be DIN A0 (119 x 85 cm; 46.81×33.11 inch) portrait orientation.
Template
Preparing your abstract
- All abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Abstracts will be limited to a maximum of 300 words.
- You may provide up to five keywords.
- Submit a one-page Word docx. using the provided template.
- It is the responsibility of the author(s) to ensure that the abstract text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
- All authors named in the abstract should be listed in the order you would like them to appear in the conference programme.
- Abstracts must be submitted by the first author/presenter.
- Please select the most appropriate thematic block from the list in the submission form.
After clicking the «Submit» button on the form page, you will receive a confirmation by email with the identification number of your abstract. You can use this reference for any notification regarding your contribution. If you do not receive this notification, please contact secretariat@10idmrcs.com. to confirm that your abstract has been received.
You will be able to enter the system and edit your contribution at any time until the submission deadline. Afterwards, you will not be able to modify any element (type of contribution, title, abstract or sequential list of authors).

15 May 2025: Deadline for the presenting to be registered at the Meeting

Submission rules
- Each presenting author can submit a maximum of 1 abstract (either 1 abstract for a talk or 1 abstract for a poster).
- The final decision on acceptance or rejection of an abstract is made by the organizing committee. The talk can be moved to poster by the organizing committee according to reviewing process.
- The submitting author of the abstract must be a presenting author (“the submitting author = the presenting author”).
- The submitting (= presenting) author does not have to be the first author.
Method of submission
- All abstracts must be submitted only via the online form that is accessible in the User zone.
- Abstracts sent by e-mail cannot be considered.
- Authors can edit submitted abstracts at any time before the submission deadline. After the submission deadline abstracts will be locked and it will not be possible to edit them.
- All correspondence concerning the abstract will be sent to submitting author’s e-mail address.
- Authors will be notified about the delivery of their abstract by e-mail immediately. In case you will not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder. In case of no confirmation e-mail, please contact: secretariat@10idmrcs.com
