Remarks: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or regular), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.

Students: please upload your proof of enrolment as a scanned pdf document in your personal area

Registration fees include:

• Participation in the congress sessions
• Coffee breaks
• Welcome reception on Sunday, 20th July

Cancellations and refunds

Refunds will apply in case of cancellation. Cancellations received before June 20th, 2025, will have a penalty of 15% for administration fees, after this date the penalty will be 100% of the expenses. All cancellations must be notified by e-mail to the Technical Secretariat: secretariat@10idmrcs.com.

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

Name change

It is possible to change the name of the registration without cancellation fees as long as the secretariat is informed before June 30, 2025, with a cost of €50 for administrative expenses. After that date, name change will not be possible.
